Autumn brings a bountiful harvest to La Jolla’s Open Aire Market

If it’s Sunday, it’s farmers market day in La Jolla where regulars and newbies alike find farm fresh goodies, flowers, and much more to take home for the week.

It all happens from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the playground at the corner of Girard and Genter. A portion of the proceeds goes to benefit La Jolla Elementary School. Note: The Open Aire Market will not be open this Sunday, Oct. 9, to make way for the La Jolla Art and Wine Festival.
