Athenaeum artist chosen

La Jolla-based artist Faiya Fredman will create the artwork for the Athenaeum’s limited-edition concert program cover. Each year since 2002, the Athenaeum has invited one of its exhibiting artists to do this. The program cover will be used for all jazz, chamber music, soundON Festival and Summer Festival programs during the 2009-2010 season.

Fredman works with photography and mixed media, and she will exhibit at the Athenaeum from June 30 through July 25.
