Anti-aging lecture series offered at Riford

Dr. George Scheele, an anti-aging expert, is offering three free lectures on anti-aging health on Wednesdays in July and August from 7 to 8 p.m. at Riford Community Center, 6811 La Jolla Blvd.

The courses are: Avoid Chronic Degenerative Diseases with Metabolic health 4 Life on July 16; Look and Feel Younger with Revitalized Youth & Enhanced Performance on July 30; and Anti-Aging health: Live Longer with Improved Quality of Life on August 13.

Scheele is a physician, scientist, inventor and author.

Talking about the goal of his lecture series, Scheele said it is to “get more people energized and active ... and to improve the quality of life and well being - which is what we all want.”

Scheele has developed an all-natural product, Novalife, a powder with what he called “magical ingredients” that he puts in water or soy milk to make a flavored drink that offers health benefits to users.

“It began as a weight-loss drink,” said Scheele, “then people began to feel so good and they found that their blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol went down.”

Scheele is currently writing a self-published book on the subject of anti-aging.

Refreshments are served during Scheele’s lecture series at the Riford Community Center.
