Almeda joins Roppongi

Warren Almeda has joined Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar as its new executive sushi chef.

Almeda previously worked at Roy’s, a Hawaiian-fusion concept restaurant, in a similar position. Before that, he was at the Japanese and South East Asian Social House in Las Vegas, Roy’s Restaurant in both Las Vegas and Woodland Hills, and as a line cook at the W Hotel in Westwood.
