Actor’s wife’s camera is missing
The camera of Patricia York, a professional photographer who is the wife of actor Michael York, was either misplaced or stolen sometime Wednesday after she photographed a SummerFest rehearsal at Sherwood Auditorium in the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Kristen Sakamoto, marketing director for the La Jolla Music Society, said Patricia York last remembers putting her camera in an unzipped bag after finishing her shoot. The camera was placed in her car and later on was found to be missing, though there was no immediate evidence the vehicle had been broken into.
A reward is being offered for any information leading to the recovery of the camera, a Leica Motor-drive R8 (or RZ8) with a 60mm lens.
