Woman injured in motorcycle crash
A 55 year-old woman was seriously injured while riding her motorcycle around 10:30 p.m. Feb. 19 on the 3100 block of Torrey Pines Road, near Cliffridge Park. Police report that she veered into the center median, causing the motorcycle to crash but that no other vehicles were involved. The woman suffered an open fracture to her left leg and a fractured pelvis. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision. The San Diego Police Department Traffic Division is investigating.
