The La Jolla Newcomers Club welcomes residents who have moved to the 92037 ZIP code within the last three years to join their activities and meet new friends while learning about the community. There are hiking, golfing, Mah Jongg games, book groups, movie groups, dinners, Wall Street month meetings and more to attract a variety of interests.

On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, the club will hike to the summit of Mount Woodson, the “Mountain of Moonlit Rocks.”

For a less strenuous outing closer to home (and flatter land), sign up for an architectural tour of the iconic Salk Institute, slated for Friday, April 27.

Or simply grab a chair, order a cup of coffee at the Shorehouse Kitchen, 2236 Avenida de la Playa, and chat up members for a relaxing morning, on Friday, March 9.
