Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a Vista woman who vanished a month ago under circumstances they called suspicious.
Maria Elena Guzman-Cordova left her apartment on North Santa Fe Avenue near Bobier Drive about 9 p.m. Oct. 13, without telling anyone where she was going or taking any personal belongings, sheriff’s officials said.
She may suffer from depression and may have been wearing a black shirt and black leggings, officials said.
Further details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance were not released.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call the San Diego County sheriff’s homicide unit at (858) 974-2321 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477.
