Riford to host pre-Valentine's Day shopping event

A special pre-Valentine's Day shopping event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 12 at The Riford Center, 6811 La Jolla Blvd.

The event, featuring artists and artisans who participate in the La Jolla Open Air Market, will feature a wide selection of handmade gifts. Look for children's items, designer jewelry, hand-painted silk clothing, sculptures and paintings, custom leather dog collars and belts.
Zofia will be on hand with silk floral arrangements, and fresh roses and handmade Valentine cards will be sold as well.
