Mollie Rogers, Country Day senior and volleyball star, was officially recognized as a scholar-athlete this week, being named to the 2010 All-American team in volleyball by Prep Volleyball Magazine. Rogers will attend Yale University next year.

Rogers is the second member of her team to win the All-American designation. Chloe Mathis, who will study and play at Arizona next year, was named to the Under Armour High School All-American team earlier this year.

Rogers and Mathis (below) were part of a Coach Ogle's 2010 volleyball dream team that won the California state championship in Country Day's division and was considered by many at the state tournament to be the best team in any division.
