The top 10 views in La Jolla

Scripps Pier is part of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. While not open to the public, the nearby beach is a great spot for a walk or watching surfers. You can find the pier and beach by going north on Torrey Pines Road. Turn left at La Jolla Shores Drive and left again on El Paseo Grande. Street parking available. Or you can park at nearby Kellogg Park, which is to the south. Photo: Andrew Pfeiffer
