Heart of San Diego gala supports UCSD Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center

UC San Diego’s Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center honored philanthropist Audrey Geisel at its 16th annual Heart of San Diego gala on Feb. 9, 2013 which took place at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad. Though she did not attend due to an illness, Geisel’s “loyal and generous support of improving cardiovascular care” was celebrated by all in attendance with an evening of dining, dancing and entertainment.

The 10th annual Stars In Our Eyes talent show was presented by the Rotary Club of La Jolla and featured more than 125 students from La Jolla High School, The Bishop’s School, La Jolla Country Day School and Preuss School at UCSD.
