Home sales up over a year ago, but down from August

Overall, September sales of resale homes in San Diego County fell from last month, but improved somewhat from September of last year, according to figures from the San Diego Association of Realtors released on Oct. 5.

De La Fuente joins Prudential LJ

Sarah Flynn Tudor of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage La Jolla represented the buyer in a landmark property sale that marked the highest price sale of any San Diego County home in 2011. Tudor, helped her clients close the deal on the iconic oceanfront La Jolla property.

Willis Allen’s teams up on ‘Million Dollar Listing’

Willis Allen Real Estate agent Linda Sansone has teamed up with Los Angeles-based realtor Josh Flagg, star of the television show, “Million Dollar Listing,” to co-list a $6.5 million Rancho Santa Fe villa.

Prudential’s Gleeson and Bloom on track

Nicki Marcellino, manager of Prudential California Realty’s La Jolla office, has recognized Jeannie Gleeson and Todd Bloom for their outstanding sales performance. The results after the second quarter indicate that Gleeson and Bloom ranked number 13 for their sales production, out of more than 1,200 Prudential agents in San Diego County.

A group of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtors specializing in University City were the recent sponsors of their 5th annual Backpack Drive, donating and collecting backpacks along with assorted school supplies for homeless and foster children covered under The Office for Children and Youth in Transition, part of the San Diego Unified School District.
