Chuao Chocolatiers Chocolate Cafes presents Chef Michael Antonorsi at the Carlsbad Forum from 2 to 6 p.m. July 18 and July 19 at at University Town Center.
He will be at the Encinitas Lumberyard from 2 to 6 p.m. July 23 and the Del Mar Highlands from 2 to 6 p.m. July 24.
Individuals can sign up to take chocolate making classes with Master Chef Michael. Chuao is also offering a variety of activities this summer, such as Chocolate Tasting 101 at local chuao cafes, and "Chocolat & Vino Affair" An Evening of Chocolate, Wine, and Charity at Stingaree from 6 p.m. to midnight.
