Works by Marsha Boston, the Upper School fine arts teacher at La Jolla Country Day School will be at Art Expressions Gallery through Aug. 16.
Boston paints primarily botanical subjects. She believes that our current alliance with technology has ruptured our bond with nature and decreased our contact with wild animal and plant species, making it easier for us to be complacent as the environment around us is destroyed.
Art Expressions Gallery is at 2645 Financial Court, Suite C.
