There are many reasons why North Coast Dermatology Medical Associates has an edge.
"Our La Jolla office is very comfortable, the waiting room is set up like a living room: It's very Zen," said Stacy Tompkins, owner of the business which is based in Encinitas and has a satellite office at 7301 Girard Ave., Suite 300. "It's very relaxing. People seem to really take a liking to that."
The La Jolla office has been open for two years.
