Primos Investment Corp. has purchased the office building at 7596 Eads Ave. from a group of private investors for $3.9 million.
The two-story, multi-tenant building built in 1971 totals 9,504 square feet. The buyer will occupy about 2,000 square feet on the first floor and plans to renovate the building.
Michael Slattery of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the sellers, Alan and Faye Tassviri and Sherry Kaen. The buyers represented themselves in the transaction.
