Sara T. Blakely sold a two-bedroom, three-bath at 100 12th St. in Del Mar for $5.8 million June 6.
Blakely paid $5.45 million for the home on Feb. 2006. It was built in 1989.
Blakely is the founder and owner of Spanx, a manufacturer of patented footless bodyshaping pantyhose and women's underwear. The company, founded in 1998 and based in Atlanta, Ga., sells its products through a number of national retailers, including Target, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue.
