Attorney Matt Peterson makes the case to demolish an existing house on three lots at 251 Rosemont St. and construct two, two-story detached homes in its place. The LJCPA approved the project after trustees debated whether it would result in densities exceeding what is allowed in the La Jolla Community Plan.
