Fat Sal’s Irresistible Italiano


• Provolone cheese
• Ham/prosciutto
• Genoa salami
• Pepperoni
• Shredded iceberg lettuce
• Sliced tomatoes
• Roasted red pepper or hot cherry pepper, sliced
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Oregano
• Red wine vinegar
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Sub roll (French, Italian, etc.), sliced lengthwise

Place the cheese on the bottom slice of the bread, with enough slices to cover one side. Then add the meats, followed by the vegetables, covering the bread. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper and oregano to taste. Add the top slice of bread.
