The La Jolla Community Center hosted its second annual “Sip & See” Tea Party, Sept. 21, 2013 where along with tea and treats, guests shopped from boutiques, bid on silent auction items, and tested their luck in a prize raffle. It was all to benefit programs and events at the center.
