Club 19′s Bullpen Strikeout Sauce

• 3/4 cup good quality mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons sour cream
• 2 Tablespoons grated Spanish onion
• 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons celery salt
• 4 each chiles (serrano)
• 3 bunches cilantro
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 8 each garlic cloves
• Salt to taste

Method: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and all ingredients are combined.
