Land-use and development consultant Joe LaCava, a spokesperson for the project, notes that there are already large homes on Eads Avenue, including this two-story residence just two doors from the gas station, though the Moranvilles say they and other Eads Avenue residents were not happy about the size of this home when it was built a decade ago.
