Katsuya’s Shishito Peppers


• 1 1/2 Tablespoons clarified butter
• 1 1/2 cup shishito peppers
• 1/2 ounce regular soy sauce

Method: Heat pan; add clarified butter. Place peppers in the pan and sauté until tender or the skin blisters. Add soy, reduce and serve.
