La Jolla Music Society held its WinterFest Gala 2013, “The Spirit of New Orleans,” with guest stars the venerable Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Trey McIntyre Dance Project on April 20, 2013 at the Horton Grand Hotel in downtown San Diego. Co-chaired by Deirdra Price and Angelina K. Kleinbub, the Mardi Gras-style celebration had guests sampling all the traditions of “Bourbon Street,” to raise money for the education and artistic programs of the La Jolla Music Society. For information about upcoming La Jolla Music Society events and concerts, visit ljms.org

  1. This was exciting to see, it isn’t our typical genre to listen too, or even go to attend, but we were in town, wanted something different, and we had an Amazing time!

    We really are glad we decided to try something new that day… ha.
