Sally’s Seafood Crab Cakes

CRAB CAKE

• 1 pound Dungeness crab meat

• 2 ounces lemon pepper aioli

• 1 each whole egg

• 2 Tbsp bread crumbs

• 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped

• ½ Tbsp parsley, chopped

• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Mix ingredients together; assemble into patties.

LEMON PEPPER AIOLI

• 2 cups mayonnaise

• 1 Tbsp sweet soy

• 2 Tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp Montreal seasoning

• 1 tsp cracked black pepper

• 1 tsp brown sugar

• 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients.

AVOCADO AIOLI

• 2 each avocados

• 1 Tbsp sour cream

• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise

• 1 tsp cilantro, chopped

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp lime juice

• ½ tsp jalapeño, chopped

• 1 pinch sugar

• Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients.

TOMATO RELISH

• 4 each roma tomatoes, deseeded, ¼-inch diced

• 2 Tbsp red onion, ¼-inch diced

• 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

• ½ tsp garlic, chopped

• 1 Tbsp olive oil

• ½ Tbsp white balsamic vinegar

• Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate.
