Group to host autism workshop

Autism Research Group, a nonprofit dedicated to using science to help individuals with autism spectrum disorders, will host a one-day workshop, “Teaching Perspective-Taking and Executive Function Skills to Individuals with Autism,” 9 a.m. Monday, April 29, at the Catamaran Resort, 3999 Mission Blvd.

The workshop is designed for professionals, practitioners, family members, caregivers and educators who work with children with autism. The workshop consists of four presentations. Registration is $60 per person and includes lunch, six Type 2 continuing education units for BCBAs and BCaBAs and four continuing education units for MFTs and LCSWs. Attendees must register online at workshop.autismresearchgroup.org
