The Melting Pot’s Traditional Cheese Fondue

How to:
• 3 ounces cheese, cheddar/Swiss blend
• 2 ounces beer
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 2 shakes mustard powder
• Pepper
• 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Warm up beer in a double boiler. Add garlic and mustard powder. Add the cheese, 1 ounce at a time, and beat like an egg until it’s creamy, with a consistency like warm honey. Once it’s blended, add a couple of turns of pepper and the Worcestershire sauce.
