fromPeter Conneely.

It appears that Mr. Allan is shouldering the entire cost and is working for a solution to a problem that occurs on private property and affects a lot of residents, businesses and tourists alike. I find it laughable how the city of San Diego is trying to get in on the action purely from a $ interest. Why arent people thanking this effort rather than erode it before it begins ; especially when it is non polluting and is a restorative effort, not a negative no-starter proposals that have been discussed in the La Jolla Light in previous articles.
