The Mount Soledad Memorial Association will again test its proposed lighting of the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19 at Mount Soledad Natural Park. The association will test a scaled back version of its original plan. The proposal no longer calls for lighting of the memorial plaques lining the circumference of the memorial, which was deemed too bright by community members.
