    Stay indoors when the mosquito is lively &#8211; dawn, dusk and early evening  
    Wear clothes that cover your skin when outdoors  
    Use strong insect repellent all the time  
    Make sure to spray clothing, too  
    Keep window screens on the home or building you are staying in in good repair  
    Do not touch dead birds </description>
