		<description>I feel so much better now that someone from the government, who doesn&#039;t live with the smell,  says not to worry about the fumes. So comforting they are watching out for us. </description>

Algae (and the gases it gives off), as found in France, is much more harmful. Seaweed is actually mass produced for it&#039;s benefits to humans and as a fertilizer. 		<description>I am convinced the smell is not the seaweed but the large storm drain pipe that comes out of the bluff at that corner. We have been down to the beach when the smell was awful at our house a block away, no smell from the seaweed but the storm drain pipe outlet sure was stinky. My guess is rotting debris and standing water inside the pipe. </description>
