		<description>after looking at the Bishops Lane cottage one really has to wonder if the all the historical preservationists are BLIND or what?   Pity that poor property owner who now is saddled with a &quot;historic&quot; out house!   Sounds like the Board needs some new folks that don&#039;t use a white cane with a red tip! </description>
