		<description>how can he talk about &quot;eco-tourism&quot; and pressure washing the guano off our region&#039;s crown eco-jewel in the same breath? Sure it all ends up in the water eventually...but we  
have no idea what important processes the sun, wind and air play before that happens. Someone should study that but it would take decades. At least he&#039;s talking about run-off, pollution and storm water. I&#039;m embarrassed that Bob Filner didn&#039;t get to this first. One of the last few corners of un-paved American Wild in our region, inhabited by multiple species... in the thousands... and this guy wants to sanitize it. Dork, no thank you! </description>
