Lost collie found in Bird Rock; who is the owner?

A black and white border collie was found on La Jolla Hermosa between Midway and Forward at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23. The dog looks like a young adult/puppy, and is skittish from  wandering around.  If you are missing this dog — or have any info about it —  contact Joe Parker at (619) 615-5293.
