Last I heard, Mr Romney purchased the property his home sits on. Far different than the public land at Children's Pool that was placed in Trust for use by all the people of the State of California. At all costs, don't let the facts get in your way.

I am the one guy who got bit last year. I was not spearrishing. I was mistaken for a seal, by a seal. It was the start of mating season and seals were being very playful and affectionate. I was taken for a rival by a horny male. It never happened before or since. Check with the ranger or lifeguards before repeating inaccuracies.

No one in a wet suit as ever been mistaken for a seal at the Children's Pool. The one guy that was bit last year had been spear fishing (stabbing fish making them bleed around him) and even though he was bit he wasn't injured. According to the Light's report.
