Fr. James Rafferty marks his 40th jubilee on June 10
Rev. Father James Rafferty, pastor of Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Church, celebrated his 40th Jubilee in the priesthood with a June 10 Mass of Thanksgiving, followed by a dinner party at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel that was attended by hundreds of well-wishers.
