		<description>The real problem here is that the state legislature and Governor have never met a social program that they didn&#039;t love, and now students and teachers are paying for it. The teachers union is no stranger to greed either, both parties are guilty of putting themselves in the situation we are in now.  
  
Those tax increases are a fraud and will be voted down by a wide margin. </description>
