The Department of Veterans Affairs has not control over "military" resources. The Department of Veterans Affairs provides services to veterans. veterans are ex (former) military personnel. Any MILITARY mental health operations will be found in MILITARY medical facilities not VA medical facilities. The same mistake was made over the Walter Reed scandal causing a significant amount of wasted, mis-directed energy and resources. The media's ignorance is showing once again.
