		<description>I absolutely agree with Phil Coller what happened at Eddie V&#039;s is a fantastic model of what should be done with the sidewalks. They are a critical piece of people coming back and enjoying the experience while being safe. They should be cleaned, and well maintained if not by the BID then by the merchants if that&#039;s feasible and within their budget. </description>
