I wonder who had this constructed, because whoever it is, he surely did a terrible job. Hopefully, they'll fix this because this can actually harm people who are walking here. They are a critical piece of people coming back and enjoying the experience while being safe. They should be cleaned, and well maintained if not by the BID then by the merchants if that's feasible and within their budget.
