San Diego Smashburger

You need:

• 1 cooked hamburger patty • 1 torta bun • Pepper jack cheese • Chipotle mayonnaise • Lettuce • Tomato • Avocado • Cilantro • Red onions • Sour cream • Lime wedge

Directions:
Place cooked burger on bottom torta bun. Top with pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cilantro, red onions and sour cream. Squeeze lime over the toppings; cover with top torta bun.
