I have been listening to Belleruth Naparstek’s interviews about PTSD over on YouTube, where she talks about pain, PTSD, and guided meditation. Research has suggested that options such as guided meditation can be effective and don’t have the side effects of pharmaceuticals. It would be nice to see the implementation of these options in the workplace.
