The Cajun Fish Tacos are blackened with Cajun spices in a blue corn tortilla that is wrapped in a flour tortilla. They are garnished with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and Cajun remoulade, and served with sides of Red Ale rice and black beans.
