Rock Bottom’s Laredo Burger

Ingredients
• Home-style bun

• 8 oz. USDA Choice beef

• Pepper jack cheese

• Fresh guacamole

• Pico de gallo

• Chipotle mayonnaise

• Lettuce

Directions: Place grilled burger on bun with chipotle mayonnaise. Top with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and lettuce. Burger is paired well with Red Ale or Fire Chief Ale.
