Wow this guy is bad news , he leads a radical team of activists who cheats the City out of tax money by selling T-shirts for a "non-profit" organization called FOS ( Friends of Seals), yet his organization should be cited for illegally selling T-shirts at Children's Pool and La Jolla Cove to innocent bystanders who are lead to believe that people are hurting the seals and need "extra" protection eventhough they are already protected by Federal and State Law. I don't believe in the Shoestring budget, since he has plenty of money to continuously sue the city of San Diego for almost a decade. His organization promotes the yelling, verbal abuse of citizens trying to use Children's Pool, property damage, assault and battery cases against law abiding citizens. I don't believe in people who are extremists yet they pretend to protray a nice guy trying to help the environment.
