The annual Silver Tea to benefit St. Germaine Children’s Charity took place on Dec. 6 at the La Jolla home of Maureen and Chad Carpenter. The charity introduced the tea in 1984 and since that time has contributed almost $3 million to programs that work to prevent child abuse. Phifer Crute and Aimee Lansky co-chaired this year’s event.
