Here’s a hard-to-find, four-bedroom, two-bath, 2,645-square-foot custom home, on Mount Soledad with whitewater ocean views from almost every room of the house.

Situated on a gigantic bi-level lush tropical yard, this home is on a beautiful park-like street, lined with park strips, underground utilities and incredible curb appeal. The living room offers “sit-down” whitewater panoramic ocean and bay views and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean from the great room and master bedroom.

That is a real stretch to call a house way over by PB to be "on Mount Soledad".

Oh wait, do you mean the "gigantic yard" is not actually located where the house is, and you have to get in your car and drive over to Mount Soledad to enjoy it? That's cool, I suppose.
