People move to LJ for the beauty and lifestyle and then destroy both thru the use of the leafblower. All the particulate matter extruded from your vehicle including asbestos from brake linings and burnt fuel particles is blown one way on mon, the next on Tues and so on. Then there is the noise. There is an ordinance banning noise over a certain DB level. If you had a DB meter and a video camera and a respirator you could tape the spumage and shut those kooks down. Might even be able to broker a group discount if you all use the same gardener. When I cleaned pools we often gave discounts to neighbors because I could clean more pools quickly with out moving my truck.
