Picture 1 of 5

Bird Rock Elementary students wore pink to school on Friday to support the Susan B. Komen for a Cure 3-Day Walk. As participants walked through La Jolla’s Bird Rock neighborhood they were greeted by students with cheers, blowers, whistles, signs, and treats.

Naked Pizza provided pizza to the students in support of the walk. Julie Cockrell and Elizabeth Estey have organized this event for the past four years.
