Cleanup effort underway on Torrey Pines Road

City crews were out along Torrey Pines Road Thursday cleaning up brush and tree stumps, including some felled during storms last winter.

Crews have been working intermittently on the project over the past month, but it appeared they were going full force on it late Thursday morning.
